Frequently asked questions
Q: What if I am already talking to a possible buyer?
A: If you have already been in contact with a buyer when you approach us, that is not a problem. We simply ask to know the full picture from the start and from then on. It is up to you whether you choose to ask us to negotiate on your behalf. We think it is better to have ‘all the buyers in the same room’.
Q: What do you charge to take us on?
A: Nothing. The School Transfer Company charges no fees nor expenses to educational businesses in the UK or Western Europe – unless and until there is a completion of sale.
Q: What are your charges?
